PORTRAIT SESSIONS
Whether it's senior portraits, a family session, or a couples shoot, we'll take the time to get photos that look and feel like you. Sessions are relaxed, guided, and unhurried.

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY
Your wedding day is full of moments you'll want to hold onto. We focus on capturing it naturally, from the big milestones to the quiet in-between moments, so your photos feel true to the day and to you.

DAY-OF COORDINATION
Coordination is led by Rachel, who works alongside me behind the scenes at every wedding. It's the peace of mind that someone is keeping track of the details, so you and your family can be fully present on your big day!
Full Day Coordination $1,500
Coordination with a photo or video booking: $1,300 (save $200!)
Includes:

Up to 10 hours of day-of coordination, starting when getting ready begins (Additional hours can be added at $75/hr)

5 planning sessions with Rachel, beginning with an intro consultation to talk through your vision

What coordination does and doesn't include:
Rachel's role is to run the schedule and manage details, not to set up and tear down. Your wedding will still need its own setup and cleanup crew, such as venue staff, family, friends, or a hired team. We are happy to build a hired team, if that is something you are interested in!
Day-of assistant:
Often weddings need an extra set of hands. Rachel may bring in a trained assistant and include the cost in your proposal before you sign anything, so there are no surprises.
GOOD TO KNOW
Wedding Booking: Your date is reserved once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid. Until then, dates are first come, first served.
Deposit and payments: A non-refundable deposit holds your date. The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding.
Travel: Sessions and weddings within 30 miles of Puyallup, WA are included. Beyond that, a travel fee applies and will be listed in your proposal.
Rescheduling and Cancellations: If you need to move your date, we'll do our best to accommodate it, based on availability. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a new date within 12 months.
Weather: For sessions, we'll happily reschedule for bad weather at no charge. For weddings, we shoot rain or shine and plan for backup locations together.
Editing and Delivery: Every photo is professionally edited, so we don't share unedited photos or RAW files. Delivery times above start from the day of
